Energy Efficient Design
At Glencorp we continually strive to improve energy efficient design and construction techniques. We currently deliver environments with 5 star energy rating efficiencies by building our apartments and villas with extra wide eaves to minimise the effect of the Sun’s radiation on internal ambient temperatures. All of our windows incorporate shade hoods and are hung with internal blinds, our floors and roofs are all tiled and the roofs are fully insulated, with the addition of double layered ceilings to the top floors. Even the indoor/outdoor Lanai can be enclosed with total block out shutters. We also ensure all of our electrical appliances are energy efficient and install Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs throughout and water saving valves on all tapware.

The Builder

Udo Jattke, the Managing Director of Glencorp is a licensed builder with over 30 years in the building industry and a Life Member of the Housing Industry Association. He offers the company the advantage of his knowledge at every stage.

All of the Senior Management, Project Managers and Supervisors have completed extensive Glencorp training programs to ensure that each of our projects is built the Glencorp way.

On-Going Maintenance Program
All Glencorp Properties come with a 6 months Defects and Liability Program ensuring every item works just right every time with an in house quality finish and maintenance team. Getting the jobs done every time, on time with minimum of fuss for both investor and owner occupier is a priority.

Glencorp Property Management
This division of Glencorp was formed to look after our investors and our tenants. It's headed by Margaret Charnley, who in the past has owned an operated 3 Ray White Real Estate offices and has over 20 years experience in property management. The Glencorp Property Management team manage properties for more than 400 landlords from our centrally controlled office and are assisted by on site managers at our resort style developments who report to them on a daily basis.

Warranties
All Glencorp properties carry a 6 months defects and liability warranty and a structural warranty of 25 years for the original owner.

Building Inspection Report
Glencorp provides each new owner with certification that the dwelling has been completed to and abides by the industry standard, the building complies to the specification and inclusions list and any defects have been noted and completed in full.

Valuations
We also supply a local, independent valuation of your new property based on current market values.
