We are pleased to announce the Grand Opening Day has been set for the 1st November, which will involve an outside broadcast by Hot FM Radio and plenty of snags.

Of course, there will be significant Radio and Press advertising in the lead up to the event, as well as distribution of a flyer to the residences / businesses in the area.

The Radio and Press Campaign will continue for at least one month after the launch and the Property Management Team will be on hand to open the homes for inspection every Wednesday afternoon and Saturday morning until they are all tenanted (in addition to organising private viewings for those prospective tenants that are unable to attend Open Homes).

If you have not already returned the Appointment to Act (PAMD Form 20a) then it would be appreciated if you could please do so during the course of the next few days.
